Fix Registry ingress serviceName value

What does this MR do?

Fixes the registry ingress's serviceName value by using the correct template ("registry.fullname", not "fullname").

This was causing errors in CI when the release name (calculated using the branch name) would include the word 'registry', and calculate the name differently in different templates.
