Add ERROR: to output message to make more visible
What does this MR do?
It has been observed that some of the messages when a CI job fails appear as regular statements rather than error messages. This leaves on questioning what the actual error is. This change adds the string "ERROR:" to the beginning of the message so that one can better identify the error in a failed job.
In looking at the scripts/ci/autodevops.sh
script, there are a few other instances that we may want to also add this change:
- https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/charts/gitlab/-/blob/master/scripts/ci/autodevops.sh#L304
