What does this MR do?
Remove custom PostgreSQL tag from example
Remove the custom PostgreSQL 13 tag from the example. GitLab 17 requires PostgreSQL 14 and the bundled subchart defaults to PostgreSQL 14.8.
Note: The PostgreSQL subchart is not considered production ready. Use Cloud Native Hybrid deployments for production.
