Added epic reporting capability

The intention of this MR is to introduce the ability to have reporting included by linked epic. Good candidates for this reporting format would be any sub-epics off of main epics to collect information around the targeted work related to the sub-epic.

NOTE: Since MRs can't be directly linked to epics, this MR iteration is to only include issues right now.

Next steps

Eventually, functionality will be added to include MRs into this format based on its parent issue that is linked to the epic.
