This MR adds tests for AWS Fleeting plugin

How to test

  1. Open the project pipeline and run a new pipeline against the fleeting-plugin-aws branch
  2. Run the pipeline
  3. The pipeline should pass with both fleeting-plugin-aws-shell-runner-incept and fleeting-plugin-aws-hello-world passing
