What does this MR do?

DO NOT MERGE BEFORE !80 (merged) It contains some changes in !80 (merged). It must be rebased.

Add secret generations for container registry

Container registry secrets are packed into an inventory.
GlCommonLabels function is exported to label the generated secrets.
Tuned the application config api_url to ease the test and match Charts behavior.
