Have binary in /usr/local/bin

Rather than having to source an sh file, have the scripts available in $PATH.

This is very useful for consumers of this docker image to not have to source a random bash file. (example: https://staging.gitlab.com/hello-staging/minimal-ruby-app/merge_requests/8/diffs?commit_id=1a5715ef99b7da359eed9c2570686ca51a101ec0)
