Allow override for terminationGracePeriodSeconds for deployment

Testing

Pointing to my test image in my .gitlab-ci.yml registry.gitlab.com/jonhines/auto-deploy-image/feature-terminationgraceperiodseconds:latest I was able to successfully override the value in my deployments.
