Bump deps

See commits. Most importantly this picks up https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/cli-utils/pull/629 to address https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/cluster-integration/gitlab-agent/-/issues/422.

I've decided to not address some of the deprecation warnings and silence them instead because https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/107826 where the new recommended functions were introduced also introduced some regressions 🤦.

We'll have to live with those deprecations until we can upgrade to v1.28. We also cannot upgrade to v1.27.3 or newer because of https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/issues/118340.
