Send agent warnings with GetConnectedAgents* RPC responses

  • Send agent warnings with GetConnectedAgents* RPC responses

This change set includes warnings for each connected agent returned in the GetConnectedAgentsByAgentIDs and GetConnectedAgentsByProjectIDs RPC calls. This will help the frontend to display warning messages.
