Mark required config fields as such

CI tunnel doesn't work without Redis, private API, OWN_PRIVATE_API_URL. Registration doesn't work without the API endpoint. So they are implicitly required already. We configure all these things in Omnibus, GDK, and chart so this change shouldn't break anyone.
