helm: v3.7.0 release notes and v3.7.1. Some breaking changes to an experimental feature, not used for any GitLab feature.
kubectl: GitLab support for Kubernetes 1.18 will end with %14.5 (November 22nd), so we can upgrade kubectl to 1.20
