Add updated_at timestamp to repositories

João Pereira requested to merge db-add-updated_at-to-repositories into database

We intend to allow updates to a repository name or path (e.g. when renaming a GitLab project or when moving it to a different group), so the repositories entity must have a updated_at timestamp.
