Remove custom naming conventions from DB dev guidelines

Not long ago we decided to adopt a naming convention to improve the consistency and discoverability of the registry DB indexes and constraints. This convention has now been refined and added to the GitLab Database dev docs (gitlab!47076 (merged)). This MR removes the custom naming convention from the registry dev docs.
