Fail lint

Halil Coban requested to merge fail-lint into main

Follow up to this thread where we noticed lint errors doesn't cause lint job to fail.

With this change, lint errors should fail the lint job.

How to verify

  1. I have created a commit with with a lint error and it indeed failed the lint job See: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/duo-workflow/duo-workflow-executor/-/jobs/7365708889
