Remove a Jira test instance

I'm deleting an instance that I was using to test Jira 8.x with https. It does not seem necessary to keep the VM around since there is already a more widely used instance with Jira 7.12. Leaving the instructions about how to set up Jira with SSL in case it's needed in the future
