Excludes the View components from rules that were missing the exclusion

What does this MR do?

This MR helps prevent false positives in the View components. Most of the rules already take this into account, but there were a couple missing ones that resulted in confusing issues: gitlab-org/gitlab#410486 (comment 1408130194)

Review/run this locally

  1. Copy the pages in mr job URL (must have succeeded)
  2. Run bin/review-mr.sh <job url>
