Add registry, exporter, qa update to charts

Add following dependencies:

• container-registry
• gitlab-exporter
• gitlab-qa

Note

gitlab-exporter uses gitlab-releases, we are tagging this project w/ and w/o the v prefix simultaneously, could that be a problem?
