Add few points to discuss onboarding

As part of document changes happened here https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/customers-gitlab-com/-/merge_requests/1852, it would be great to extend this nice template what @jameslopez had created with few points for the onboarding buddy to discuss as part of onboarding.

This will help the new person to get a basic idea on few important key points of customers and license application.
