Pass GL_PROTOCOL and GL_REPOSITORY to update hook

Alejandro Rodríguez requested to merge update-hook-env into master

This exposes the same information that is available to the pre-receive and post-receive hooks to the update hook, so that users have a consistent data set to use in their custom hooks.
