Fix call to testhelper.TempDir

In !1684 (merged) we changed the signature of testhelper.TempDir. In the time since that MR was created, we added a new call site on the master branch, which used the old signature. After the merge of !1684 (merged) that stopped the tests of internal/service/repository from compiling.
