With usage of errors introduced in 1.13 version we don't need most of custom errors we have right now.

Walker changed to always remove temp dir after run. Interface Cmd cleaned up from redundant method IsCmd. Interface Option cleaned up from redundant method IsOption.

Configuration of log moved to prevent data races.
