Feature flag docs: clarify post-enable steps

Yet another MR to improve the feature flag docs. See !2995 (merged) and !2910 (merged) for priors.

This adds the missing documentation for the chatops delete step, and clarifies & fixes some existing docs. See the individual commits for details.
