wiki: Remove FindFile RPC

Zeger-Jan van de Weg requested to merge zj-remove-wiki-find-file into master

The FindFile RPC has been replaced by the Rails client to use GetBlob and thus this RPC will no longer be called. See also: gitlab!56491 (merged).

This RPC has been completely removed by this change to clean it up on the Gitaly side too.
