Update .gitignore to skip versioned gitaly-git2go binary

Starting from e7f8fe4f (Add version suffix to gitaly-git2go binary, 2021-06-12) the build task produces a versioned gitaly-git2go binary. This change updates git ignore list to skip that binary.
