Remove CloneFromPool and CloneFromPoolInternal RPCs

Gitaly contains CloneFromPool and CloneFromPoolInternal RPCs that were added over two years ago in 495a384d. They don't appear to be used anywhere in Gitaly or Rails. This commit removes the unused RPCs.
