Use GitLab fork of LicenseFinder and update version to 6.14.2.1

Similar to gitlab!74881 (merged) - more discussion can be found there. Until https://github.com/pivotal/LicenseFinder/pull/816 is resolved.

All the gems being removed were introduced by !4112 (merged), and hence won't affect Gitaly.
