Makefile: update Git to v2.45.2.gl1

There was a performance regression in Git v2.44.0 when creating packfiles. This regression was fixed with ed4a1d6ae1 (pack-bitmap.c: avoid uninitialized pack_int_id during reuse, 2024-06-11), which has been released with Git v2.46.0.

As supported versions of Gitaly still use Git v2.44 and v2.45, we have backported the release into Git v2.44.2.gl2 andd Git v2.45.2.gl2. Update the Git versions used by Gitaly accordingly.
