Let renovate bot ignore some dependencies

This MR renovate bot ignore some dependencies which are known to contain bugs or non-compatible issues with Gitaly. The list includes:

  • grpc-go. grpc-go versions starting from v1.67.0 are known to have issues with Gitaly. For more informtion: !7531 (merged)
  • go-grpc-middleware. grpc is a dependency of go-grpc-middleware. Upgrading go-grpc-middleware requires upgrading grpc-go
  • go-crypto. The upstream introduced a significant rework on signature verification. This might affect commit signing feature. For more information: #6520
