Install graphicsmagick

Matthias Käppler requested to merge mk/graphicsmagick into master

For dynamic image scaling, we need to run gm convert, which is not installed by default.

This is only required for workhorse.

Unfortunately, this will install an older version (1.3.28) than what Omnibus installs (1.3.34), but I tested it and it works fine, so the differences are probably insignificant, considering it's only the patch level that changed.
