Enable WEBDRIVER_HEADLESS to work along with CHROME_HEADLESS

With gitlab!55436 (merged) we are renaming CHROME_HEADLESS to WEBDRIVER_HEADLESS as it's now possible to use both chrome or Firefox within capybara.
