Update `pgadmin` update

Kamil Trzciński (Back 2025-01-01) requested to merge pgadmin-update into master

This makes the following changes to pgadmin:

  • make pgadmin should be interactive command
  • host-bind to 9092 the pgadmin
  • bundle pgadmin-servers.json into PGadmin databse
