What does this Merge Request do and why?

This MR updates CHANGELOG.md to include highlights for the week ending 2021-03-19. Here's the expanded version:

Replace GDK master refs with main !1885 (merged)

This MR updated a bunch of hard coded GDK master branch references to main or 'default branch' where textual.

Once !1890 (merged) and this MR were merged, we changed the default branch for GDK from master to main 🎉

Do foundational work to support gitlab-org/gitlab default branch !1890 (merged)

This MR updated the logic that updates gitlab and gitlab-docs projects to be consistent with how the other projects update. The reason for the logic split in the past was because both gitlab and gitlab-docs projects are updated using master and soon, main.

This MR was the first MR merged into main which triggered logic in support/self-update-git-worktree that determines which is the default GDK branch, resulting in the main branch being considered the default branch 🙂

Improve our default new Merge Request template !1879 (merged)

A small improvement to the default Merge Request template to ask why the change is being made and if the ~highlight label should be added. Adding the ~highlight label results in the Merge Request being included in the weekly highlights announcement 🙂
