Add note to use qa cluster for Auto DevOps tests

What does this Merge Request do and why?

I'm adding a note to suggest using gitlab-qa-resources for Auto DevOps testing as we (the quality team) seem to have the correct default permissions on that project to run the tests, whereas, we do not have the correct permissions on project gitlab-internal-153318 that the instructions currently suggest we use.
