Add fedora to the bootstrap-common.sh script

What does this Merge Request do and why?

Currently Fedora is in the list of supported platforms (that is, the make bootstrap command doesn't die when using Fedora).

This change makes the bootstrap-common.sh command actually do something with Fedora, and installs the dependencies as documented.
