Make uncommitted changes instructions more generic

What does this merge request do and why?

I've noticed that after running gdk update, I'm getting uncommitted changes in gitlab/db, because things other than structure.sql are being updated.

This MR updates the troubleshooting instructions to throw away all uncommitted changes from gitlab/db.
