Make coverage info downloadable for inspection

What does this merge request do and why?

I want to see how https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/ci/testing/test_coverage_visualization.html works, so I need to download coverage.xml to see it.

To browse the report output files, ensure you include the artifacts:paths keyword in your job definition.
