What does this merge request do and why?

Dingtalk integration has been removed in gitlab!147138 (merged).

Specs are currently failing with:

Could not find a strategy with name `Dingtalk'. Please ensure it is required or explicitly set it using the :strategy_class option. (Devise::OmniAuth::StrategyNotFound)
