Run the chores jobs in branches containing chores in name

Achilleas Pipinellis - OOO until November 25th (parental leave) requested to merge run-chores-in-chore-branches into master

We need to be able to test the jobs that run in the chores context, so add a rule that runs them based on the branch name.
