List the READMEs that need to be symlinked into index.html

Achilleas Pipinellis - OOO until November 25th (parental leave) requested to merge readme-symlinks into master

We need to only symlink the READMEs that are not redirected, in order to avoid redirect loops.

Once a README.md is redirected to an index.md, remove it from the list.
