Put redirects file back for manual updates for now

The script that auto-generates the redirects file does not seem to be working. It's running, and not generating an error, but there is no redirects file in the deployment (or the job artifacts) anymore. We need to manually put it in for now, as every link to a moved doc is 404'ing now: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/marketing/inbound-marketing/growth/-/issues/1023
