Reorganize the installation navbar item

Achilleas Pipinellis requested to merge ap-navbar-install-reorg into master

Reorganize the installation methods under the installation item:

  • Get the installation methods together
  • Get the provider guides together
  • Move the reference architectures under installation
  • Add new next steps page

Depends on the new next steps page gitlab!60704 (merged).
