Remove unsupported GitLab 14 documentation from global nav

What does this MR do and why?

As part of regular cleanup of references to documentation for versions of GitLab that are no longer supported, remove global navigation reference for documentation for changes related to GitLab 14.

Basically this MR: !4739 (closed), but effective a few months later.
