What does this MR do and why?

After rebuilding the index and testing this out, it's not going to be a viable workaround for the snippet issue. Let's revert and try something else.

This might actually be a bug with Elastic, so getting this back to its initial state will help illustrate the (possible) bug as well. I've opened an issue with Elastic here: https://github.com/elastic/crawler/issues/152
