Draft: Test nav structure
For now, this is a draft MR to test out and share a reorg of the docs site. This MR is probably not intended for merge.
This is mostly a refactor, although it should give us an idea of where we need to fill gaps in the documentation (we definitely need a comprehensive "Get started with Kubernetes" page)
