What does this MR do and why?

This MR adds valid links links appeared broken in the following jobs to the exclude link list from the link checker:

  • test_external_links_charts
  • test_external_links_gitlab
  • test_external_links_gitlab_runner
  • test_external_links_omnibus_gitlab
  • test_external_links_operator
