Increase data retention period for Prometheus

Nailia Iskhakova (OOO) requested to merge increase-prometheus-retention-time into master

By default Prometheus is configured with 15days data retention period. Increasing it to 30d and adding a new variable prometheus_data_retention_period to configure this value if neeeded.
