WIP: Rename my profile tab to be in line with the project dashboard

This merge request changes the user tab "Personal Projects" to "Your Projects" when viewing your own profile.

Why was this MR needed?

This merge request was needed to standardize user tab naming conventions after the changes performed in #29045 (closed)
