Upgraded all vue libraries

What does this MR do?

Upgraded Vue and related libraries to latest version.

Vue is now throwing an error when key's are duplicated so I needed to fix tests that were using defaults all the time and especially multiple times.

I made also some of our key values more specific by setting a pretext.
