Update net-ssh 4.1.0 -> 4.2.0 (Fixes #21734)

Update net-ssh dependency to 4.2.0.

Why was this MR needed?

Debian already has 4.2.0 and keeping the dependencies in sync improves the quality of debian package by leveraging already run tests for this version.
